We collect information to provide a better service to all of our users; from figuring out basic information like what country you are in, to gaining access to the third party accounts that you connect within your account.

  • Information that you give us. Our platform requires you to register a company account. When you do, we'll ask for personal information, like your name, email address and telephone number. • Information we receive from your use of our platform. We collect information about your platform usage and user behaviour metrics, like when you last logged in, when you create a new project, or what device you accessed the platform on. We also automatically collect and store certain information; such as information stored locally on your device using data caching and cookies.

  • Information that we have access to. All content that you create and upload to the platform is stored on the EventBeat secure cloud servers. By connecting third party applications into your project, you are giving permission for EventBeat to access data that can be extracted from these source; for example, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. This data is restricted and controlled by the access granted by these third party applications.

Our policy on connecting with third party applications:
EventBeat have a secure policy when it comes to connecting third party applications into our platform. In all instances a user only has permission to connect a third party application into a project in their account and only users with specific permission access to that project will have access to the data extracted from these third party applications. You can set permission rights within your account settings to enable only certain account users to have access rights to a specific project. Users can only connect third party applications if they have admin rights and/or username and password details for the third party application. Any content that is publicly available through the third party application is permitted for use within the EventBeat platform; this is consistent with the terms and conditions of the third parties Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
